Hossein (Kamyar) Nematzadeh received his PhD in Computer Science - Software Engineering - from University of Technology, Malaysia in April 2014. His PhD was under University's grant and funded by Malaysia's Ministry of Science scholarship. One of the main deliverables of his  PhD thesis was WSET, Web Service Evaluation Tool, which was a case tool for evaluation of Workflow-based Web Service Composition is currently available and free to download on Downloads submenu.
